The 2024 Volkl Revolt 96 is built on the success of the multi-faceted Revolt 95. Development was marked by a long process that started even before the coronavirus pandemic with successful athlete Ahmet Dadali from the USA for the Revolt 95. After he had ended his professional career, the Norwegian freestyler ystein Braten took on the lead role in the development of the Revolt 96. He received support from Tom Ritsch from Austria as well as numerous other athletes. The result: a new edition of the Revolt 95 with particularly urban-oriented features that give the ski a particularly wide range of uses–from the handrail behind your own house to jumps, rails and obstacles in the park.
Among other things, its versatility is ensured by reinforced edges that enhance durability and help mitigate hard impacts against walls or sliding on iron rails. The model also boasts a new, modern sidecut and modified flex zones, which are closer to the binding area compared to the previous model and give the skis exceptional pop to facilitate the jump onto the rail even without a kicker.
For the Revolt 96, the graphic design features a wasp motif: It dominates the scene unerringly and fearlessly. No air is too complicated for it and no trick too difficult–just like for the riders of this model.
